Who we are
This site is operated by Myrda Holdings Group LLC, an Illinois limited liability company doing business as Montar Digital. We are a marketing agency for automotive restyling and repair shops. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means anyone using montardigital.com.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you request an audit or contact us, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, your shop’s website, your preferred contact time, and whatever you write in the message field. If you call or email us directly, we keep that correspondence.
If you become a client and pay through this site, our payment processor collects your card details. We never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect basic technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you arrived, and how you moved through the site. On paid traffic this includes the advertising click identifier attached to your visit, which is what lets us tell which ads produce enquiries.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, government ID numbers, health information, or any other sensitive category of personal data. Please do not send them to us.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare the audit you asked for.
- To contact you about that enquiry by email, phone or text, at the number and address you gave us.
- To deliver and support our services if you become a client.
- To measure which of our own ads and pages actually produce enquiries, so we spend our budget sensibly.
- To keep the site secure, working and free of spam submissions.
- To meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of outside services to run the business. Each of them only receives what it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with that data.
- Netlify: hosts this website and serves every page you load.
- EmailJS: delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Google: Google Analytics 4 for site measurement, and Google Ads for advertising and conversion tracking.
- Meta: the Meta Pixel, for advertising and conversion measurement on Facebook and Instagram.
- Stripe: processes payments on our billing pages.
Beyond these, we disclose personal information only when the law requires it, when we need to establish or defend a legal claim, or if the business is sold or reorganised, in which case this policy travels with the data.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This site sets cookies and similar identifiers for three purposes: keeping the site working, measuring traffic through Google Analytics, and measuring and retargeting our advertising through Google Ads and the Meta Pixel. Retargeting means you may see our ads on other sites or platforms after visiting here.
You can control this in several ways:
- Your browser settings can block or delete cookies. Some site functions may stop working if you block all of them.
- Google offers an opt-out for Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and ad settings at myadcenter.google.com.
- Meta’s ad preferences are in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because there is still no agreed standard for what a site should do when it receives one.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, you are agreeing that we may contact you about your enquiry, including by text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with anyone for their own marketing, and consent to be texted is never shared with third parties.
Client data
If you hire us, we work inside advertising accounts and systems that belong to you. Data in those accounts stays yours. We access it to do the work you hired us for, we do not use it to benefit another client, and when we part ways you keep the account, its history and its conversion data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement plus the period our tax and accounting obligations require. Analytics data follows the retention period set in the relevant platform. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices
Write to info@montardigital.com and we will, within a reasonable time and free of charge:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete it, unless we are required to keep it;
- stop contacting you, for any reason or none.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights. We apply the list above to everyone who asks, wherever they are, because it is simpler than checking.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and the services listed above are established providers with their own security programmes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we do not claim otherwise.
Children
This site is aimed at business owners. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
