Private builds · By briefing only
Your company,on its ownoperating system.
One private system for your leads, clients, money, team and follow-ups. In your name, shaped around how you already work.
- Designed around how your company already works
- Owned outright: the code, the data, the domain
- Few builds at a time, each one led by our founder
The idea
Most growing companies rent a dozen tools that never speak to each other. The owner pays for every seat, and the best people spend their mornings copying between them. We replace all of it with one system that fits the business.
- i.
One place
Every lead, client, quote, invoice, text and task in a single system, with one login for each person on your team.
- ii.
Built around you
Your stages, your language, your approvals. We map how your company actually runs before anything is built.
- iii.
Owned, not rented
No per-seat fees that rise with every hire. It runs on accounts in your name, and it stays yours.
The proof
We built ours first.
Montar runs on a system we built from nothing. These plates are its real screens. Your build starts from the same foundation.
- 88database changes, each one tested before release
- 47server functions working behind the screens
- 95automated test files run before every update
- Dailyrunning our clients’ businesses since September 2026
What goes inside

Each build takes what it needs from these eight, then adds what is particular to you.

Real payments through Stripe, straight to the bank
- III
Texting and calls
Two-way business texting on a registered number, and tracked lines that reach the right person.
Every text and call kept on the client’s record
- IV
Automations
Follow-ups, reminders and hand-offs that run on their own, drawn on a canvas anyone can read.
Different paths for who replied, with a test run first
- V

Reps sign their agreement before they get in

A short email each morning of who to call first
- VIII

Questions
Before the first call.
Who owns the system?
You do: your copy of the code, your data, your domain and every account it runs on. The parts we bring from our own system come with a licence that never expires, so nothing is ever held back from you.
Why not Salesforce or HubSpot?
They are good general tools. You pay for every seat for as long as you use them, and your process bends to fit their screens. An Executive build fits your process, carries no seat fees, and does only what your company needs.
Can it work with what we already use?
Usually, yes. We connect your website, ad accounts, payments and email, and keep any tool you would like to keep. The blueprint lists each connection and how it will work.
How is it kept secure?
Each person signs in with their own login and sees only what their role allows, enforced in the database itself. Every release passes our automated tests and security checks first. We are glad to sign your NDA before the first call.
What if we stop working together?
It keeps running. It lives on accounts in your name, and we hand over the code, the documentation and every login. Stewardship is month to month.
Can we begin with one part?
Yes. Many builds start with whatever hurts most, often the pipeline or billing, and grow from there. The blueprint sets the order.
